Dr. Rod Kurthy
Rod is a full-time practicing dentist for over thirty years. He puts his fingers in folks’ mouths about 38 hours a week. And just like you, he LOVES it and just can’t get enough of dentistry. Rod is the author of five books that teach dentists how to provide patients with incredible procedures that you’d have never thought possible, how to make a ton of money in dentistry, and how to flood your practice with patients who want YOU and are willing to pay for what they want. He graduated in the top of his class, and completed a residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Rod is the recipient of numerous accolades, such as membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society, FDU pediatric and prosthodontic awards, the Mosby Scholarship Award, the DentalTown Star Townie Award, and a commendation from the chief attorney of the United States Department of Defense for his role in supporting patients’ rights in disputes with insurance carriers. Perhaps the achievement that Rod is most proud of was his success in causing Blue Cross of California to modify the misleading wording of their Remarks Codes (accompanying insurance benefit payments) to more accurately represent the logic of their policies and conform to the American Dental Association's Code on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature. |
