Perhaps the achievement that Rod is most proud of was his success in causing Blue Cross of California to modify the misleading wording of their Remarks Codes (accompanying insurance benefit payments) to more accurately represent the logic of their policies and conform to the American Dental Association's Code on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature.
